The Role
As a key member of our team the Server is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all guests. They will provide prompt and courteous service, accurate order-taking, and a comprehensive understanding of our menu offerings and daily specials. Always maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor, the Server ensures that every guest enjoys a luxurious and memorable dining experience.

Your contributions to the team include:

• Take food and beverage orders from customers and ensure these are given to the appropriate person to execute (i.e., kitchen staff, bartender, etc.).
• Maintain familiarity with the composition of all menu items, including items available at the bar.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests.
• Help in maintaining a well-stocked bar with ingredients for cocktails.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional, courteous manner.
• Maintain designated driving range bays.
• Clean designated areas, including opening and closing routines.
• Clean tables and ensure they are cleaned as soon as it is apparent that customers have finished their food or drink.
• Practice excellent customer service and engage in a friendly manner.
• Prepare and check that all bills are accurate.
• Collect payments from tables.
• Ensure guests are enjoying their meal and take action to rectify any problems.
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
• Strive to work together as a team with all Food & Beverage department to create a cohesive team.
• Promptly address guest service issues and refer guests to management when necessary.
• Assist with special events as needed.
• Always refer to OH&S standards and follow them to ensure a safe workspace. Follow all resort policies and procedures and adhere to the grooming policies.
• Working knowledge of the Toptracer technology within bays is a strong asset.

A few things we are looking for in a new team member:

• 1 + years’ experience working in a serving position.
• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent team player with positive interpersonal skills and professional personality.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work well under pressure.
• Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
• Ability to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar areas.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Working knowledge of Silverware POS System.
• Serving It Right Certificate.
