Our Golf Services & Retail teams ensure an outstanding experience for every guest, from managing gameplay and maintaining smooth course operations to helping customers find the perfect golf gear, apparel, and accessories.
The Role
As a key member of our team the Starter/Marshal is responsible for the orderly and timely movement of tee times, controlling the pace of play, ensuring the golf course policies and dress code are followed, and providing guests with high-quality customer service.

The Role
As a key member of our team the Starter/Marshal is responsible for the orderly and timely movement of tee times, controlling the pace of play, ensuring the golf course policies and dress code are followed, and providing guests with high-quality customer service.
Your contributions to the team include:
- Interact with golfers in a friendly, helpful manner.
- Responsible for informing players of course conditions and local rules.
- Keep tee times moving on time and in an orderly manner.
- Responsible for maintaining a reasonable pace of play on the golf course.
- Communicate with Golf Shop and keep up-to-date and accurate tee sheet and pace of play.
- Keep track of golf carts and rental equipment.
- Follow policies and procedures at the Naturally Pacific Resort
- Responsible for Tournament staging, set up and take down.
- Support outside Guest Services personnel when required and undertake additional duties as requested by management.
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
- 1 to 2 years customer service.
- Experience in a similar position as asset.
- High level of customer service.
- Friendly, professional attitude.
- Golf knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative.
- Strong team and communication skills.
- Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
