The Role
As a key member of our team the Server is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all guests. They will provide prompt and courteous service, accurate order-taking, and a comprehensive understanding of our menu offerings and daily specials. Always maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor, the Server ensures that every guest enjoys a luxurious and memorable dining experience.

The Role

Always maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor, the Server ensures that every guest enjoys a luxurious and memorable dining experience.
Your contributions to the team include:
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Identify and communicate guests’ special dietary needs and requests.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu, including bar items, and provide suggestions.
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
- 1+ years’ experience working in a serving position.
- Current Serving It Right Certificate.
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent team player with positive interpersonal skills and professional personality.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work well under pressure.
- Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
- Ability to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar areas.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Working knowledge of Silverware POS System an asset.
